Selling Your Horsebox With Huish Horseboxes

We now offer two options for people wanting to sell their horsebox.

The first option is for Huish to sell your horsebox on your behalf, making life easier and less stressful for you. We will take on all the hard work that comes with selling- advertising, managing viewings etc. You won’t have strangers coming to your door or have to wait around for people.  We’ll meet with potential buyers, taking our time to show them around your horsebox.  You won’t have to deal with time wasters or feel the frustration of ‘no shows.’

We carry out a full pre-sale inspection and write a report on each vehicle we sell so that both the seller and the buyer know exactly what issues (if any) there are, avoiding nasty surprises a few weeks/months down the line. We have heard many horror stories over the years of people buying what they thought was a good lorry only to find out later that it has big problems.

We can give honest advice about what work, if any, needs doing or would be good to have done to help with the sale. And we will agree a price together.

The pre-sale inspection gives potential buyers peace of mind  and any work done will be covered by a 3-month warranty from Huish Horseboxes.  Clearly, this is something you don’t get with a private sale. We are also fully insured for test drives.

The second option is that you simply advertise your horsebox on our website.  You retain the horsebox, with any queries from potential buyers coming to you direct. You will conduct any viewings as you would for any private sale.  Huish has no other involvement.
