Repairs
All types of repair are undertaken from minor body work to refit of living areas.
For small quick repairs we hold a large stock of parts such as roof vents, door locks, etc. which can be fitted by ourselves or provided as DIY parts.
For larger repairs we can give a good indication of cost over the phone and a fixed price on seeing the job. We can advise on different repair options and the best way to proceed.
A 12 month warranty is given on all repairs (excluding temporary fixes).
LPG repairs/checks, appliance repairs and servicing, auxiliary systems and 240V hook up repairs/new fit, insurance work, safety checks and valet are amongst the many services we offer.
Conversions & Refurbishments
We can do part conversions in the repair workshop such as the fitting of horse section and ramp to make vehicle usable. Full conversions (living and Luton) are carried out in our manufacturing workshop.
If your lorry is in good mechanical order we can refurbish the horse or living area to give your box a new lease of life. Similarly if the horsebox is in good order but the lorry is getting tired we can swap the container onto a newer cab chassis. This is a good option to putting the value back into your horsebox without the cost of a new build.
We have previously changed a box used by the Donkey Sanctuary to carry five donkeys with day living onto an Iveco cab chassis, fitted a Luton and integral cab with full living and altered the horse area to carry three horses plus full re-spray.

Recently we have carried out a container change swapping the box, which was in a good condition, from a c-reg Iveco Daily onto a 54 plate Iveco Daily giving it a new lease of life.

Re-Sprays
Our purpose built spray booth can accommodate any size vehicle and both oil and water based paint can be sprayed.
We offer a design service for stripes and graphics and a wide choice of colour and finish is available.
A re-spray is an ideal way to up date your lorry and refresh the look.
